ZenQuip is not a hospital, emergency service or crisis intervention provider.

The platform does not replace:

• licensed psychiatrists;
• psychologists;
• physicians;
• emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or believe you may harm yourself or others, immediately contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content is intended solely to support users and clinicians.

AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses.

Do not rely solely on AI for diagnosis, treatment or medication decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide truthful information;
• maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
• use the platform lawfully;
• not interfere with platform security;
• not upload malicious software;
• not impersonate others.

7. Appointments

ZenQuip may facilitate appointment scheduling between patients and healthcare providers.

ZenQuip is not responsible for:

• provider availability;
• cancellations;
• delays;
• clinical outcomes.

8. Payments

Certain services may require payment.

Subscription fees, renewal terms and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including:

• software;
• trademarks;
• logos;
• content;
• graphics;
• databases;
• AI models;
• documentation,

belongs to ZenQuip Healthcare Private Limited or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• reverse engineer the platform;
• scrape data;
• copy software;
• distribute malware;
• violate applicable laws;
• attempt unauthorized access.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms;
• threaten platform security;
• engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenQuip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenQuip, its directors, employees and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
