ZenQuip is with you for the days between visits — mood check-ins, a guided journal, CBT and substance-use exercises, habits, and Zennie, your AI companion. Everything stays connected to your doctor, so the progress you make on your own actually counts. Private by design.

"The appointment helped. But then came the 29 days after — and I was on my own again."
— A feeling far too many people know
The hardest part of mental health care isn't the visit — it's everything between visits. The days motivation disappears, the exercises you forget, the early warning signs no one sees.
ZenQuip lives in that gap. Instead of another mood log or a generic chatbot, you get structured, clinically grounded support that guides you day to day — and keeps your doctor in the loop, so nothing important slips through.
Not a wall of features. A connected set of tools that work together and adapt to what you're actually going through.
35 therapeutic arcs and 487 step-by-step exercises across anxiety, mood, trauma, identity, behaviour, and cognitive domains. ZenQuip surfaces the right one for you — no clinical knowledge required — with supportive feedback after every step, so it feels like guided care, not forms.
Quick daily check-ins that become trends you and your doctor can actually read.
Capture and reframe unhelpful thoughts with a structured, CBT-informed journal.
Dedicated cognitive behavioural therapy modules you work through at your own pace.
Focused, compassionate modules built for recovery and everyday resilience.
Build the small, consistent routines that protect mental health over time.
Reminders and prescriptions from your doctor flow straight into your plan, automatically.
Start in minutes — no waitlist, no clinical knowledge needed.
Your visit sets the plan — diagnosis, medication, and therapy goals.
Check in on mood, journal, follow exercises, and track your habits.
Gentle nudges and support between visits — and a heads-up if something needs attention.
Progress and prescriptions stay in sync, so every visit starts where you left off.
ZenDoc is the doctor's side of ZenQuip — a lightweight monitoring layer built for how psychiatrists and therapists actually work, not a heavy EHR replacement.
Illustrative — real ZenDoc dashboard screenshot to be added.
Generic AI responds to what you type. Zennie responds to what you're going through — drawing on your own check-ins and progress to offer gentle, context-aware guidance between exercises. It's supportive, never diagnostic, with crisis support and clear escalation built in — and your doctor stays connected throughout.
Mental health is the most sensitive data there is. We treat it that way — privacy isn't fine print, it's how ZenQuip is built.
Your data is encrypted and is never sold or shared for advertising — full stop.
Consent-driven by default. You decide what's shared with your care team, and you can change your mind.
Designed to align with India's DPDP Act and the ABDM/ABHA national digital-health framework.
Clear, clinically reviewed explanations of 30+ conditions — written to DSM-5-TR standards and organised so the right topic is easy to find. Free, for everyone.
